Description:Can-Tech Services is currently looking for candidates for a Full-Time position located in the North York Area (Keele & Steels) to work as a  Spray-Painter (powder coating) on Days.

Shift Time:  Day Shift – Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 4:15 pm, Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm with potential shifts on the weekend

Pay Rate: $21.75 /hr. 

JOB DUTIES as Spray Painter (Powder Coatings) 

• Painting the material
• Loading powder paint into the booths
• Cleaning the booths and changing colours as required
• Switching the booths from one to another

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Familiar with using powder paints and using the painting equipment
• Knowledge of powder coats and powder system
• Ability to set up guns for even flow of parts
• Knowledge of how much paint to apply for even coating of parts
• Consistently follows health and safety general rules and procedures
• Demonstrates good initiative for working safely and participating in Health and Safety
• Confined Space Training an asset
