Description:MRO Coordinator 

Location: Ajax, ON
Term: Contract position – 24 months
Shift: Days – Monday to Thursday 7:30 am – 4 pm, Friday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm
Pay Rate: $24 – $27 per hour (based on experience)

•    Must be able to meet Services Canada CGP requirement to a NATO level clearance
•    Position is 100% on site
•    Interviews will be in person

Responsibilities: 
•    Responsible for coordinating with the planner the flow of work throughout the R&O Shop
•    Ensure the availability of parts to meet flow requirements as well as customer expectations
•    Entering batch reports into SAP system
•    Optimizes work processes to improve efficiency
•    Create, maintain, and publish weekly status reports as required
•    Liaise with other departments to ensure part availability
•    Willing to carry AOG phone after hours on a rotational basis

Qualifications:
•    3-6 years’ experience in production planning
•    University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
•    Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
•    SAP experience an asset
•    Familiar with Canadian Aviation Regulations pertaining to airworthiness requirements an asset
