We are currently looking for candidates that would be interested in working as CNC Brake and Punch press operators. With the opportunity to learn set up. This is a long-term opportunity located in North York between Keele and Dufferin south of Steeles working Day or Afternoon shift.

The company is looking for individuals with experience on CNC Brake and Punch press operation. Job related training will be provided by the company.

Shift Time: Day Shift – Monday to Thursday 7:15 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 7:15 am to 3 pm
Afternoon shift – Monday to Thursday – 4:30 pm to 1:45 am, and Friday – 3:00 pm to 11 pm.

Pay Rate: $20 – $ 21.75/hr. (Depending on Experience plus $0.75 for afternoons) 

Brief Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Ability to set-up and run CNC Brake Press / CNC Punch Press
• Familiar with Press Brake Tooling.
• Ability to check and measure parts to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Maintain equipment and follow regular required maintenance.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years’ experience as a CNC Press Brake Setup/Operator
• Experience on other metal working equipment an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
