Pay Rate: $38 to $43 per hour (USD) – based on experience
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced expediting team capable of operating on-site at critical supplier locations, with a presence of up to five days per week when required. The anticipated geographical coverage includes the United States, Mexico, Taiwan, Puerto Rico, Singapore and Malaysia.
The initial duration of the assignment is expected to be a minimum of two to three months, with a possible extension depending on operational needs.
General Description of Work:
The assignment is to restore supplier operational performance in escalated situations requiring onsite intervention, and to secure on-time delivery (OTD) performance on a defined portfolio within an agreed timeframe.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Phase 1 – Diagnosis
• A documented joint diagnostic report including root cause analysis, capacity assessment versus demand, backlog characterization, commitment reliability analysis, systemic blocking points, and customer impact risk assessment.
• A structured portfolio of critical part numbers including prioritization criteria, Lines of Balance (LOB), and baseline performance. An initial list of critical part numbers will be also provided by the client; a cross analysis is required. This list of critical part numbers must be updated as needed.
• A validated Recovery Action Plan including actions, responsible owners, milestones, required resources, and recovery trajectory.
Phase 2 – Recovery Deployment
• Implement and monitor a joint governance structure (weekly reviews, KPIs, escalation process).
• Establish measurable KPIs including OTD on critical part numbers, commitment adherence, production reliability, and delivery flow vs demand.
• Ensure execution of the recovery plan and escalate when required.
• Restoration of OTD on the defined critical portfolio to the agreed target (e.g., ?95%).
• Elimination or stabilization of backlog on critical items.
• Demonstrated commitment and reliability over a minimum stabilization period.
• Full visibility on short-term commitments (minimum 12-week rolling horizon).
Phase 3 – Stabilization and Closure
• A formal Transition Plan (hand over to SPM, residual risks, governance model).
• Integration of medium- and long-term actions into the continuous improvement roadmap.
• A formal Return on Experience (RETEX) report including root causes and structural recommendations.
• Stabilized KPI performance, formal management acceptance, delivery of all reports.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience in industrial crisis recovery and supplier performance restoration
• Strong expertise in supply chain diagnostics and recovery management
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies
• Ability to operate autonomously in international environments
• Executive-level communication capability
• High mobility and availability
• College diploma or University Degree preferably in Engineering and/or Business Administration
• 6+ years’ experience in Aerospace or a related industry, in Supply Chain, Purchasing or Project Management
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize under pressure
