Description:Can-Tech Services, one of the leaders in employment opportunities, has been providing expert staffing solutions for over 50 years.

Can-Tech Services is currently looking for candidates for a Full-Time position located in the North York Area (Duffrein & Steels) to work as a Forklift Operator (Crown Reach) on Days.

Shift Time:

Days – Monday to Friday – 7 am to 4:00 pm 

Pay Rate: $21.75/hr.

 
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

• Complete pre-start checklist daily.
• Put away parts from Receiving to Warehouse locations after wrapping the skids.
• Document In & Out parts in the inventory sheet as per Location, Part and Qty.
• Supply Production lines department wise.
• Prepare, deliver, and stage materials for respective production areas.
• Fill empty order pick locations.
• Remove empty skids/bins to designated locations.
• Report any damaged parts/skids and fix any unsafe skids.
• Ensure aisles are kept clean & clear.
• Assist off-loading trailers/containers if needed.
• Consistently follows EHS general rules and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong communication skills, oral, written and read.
• Tow Motor license required- Counterbalance &  Reach. 
• Problem solving skills.
• Strong Interpersonal skills – ability to work in a Team environment.
• Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
