Description:Trade Show Coordinator 

Location:  Grand Prairie, TX  
Term: Contract position – 2 months (extendable) 
Shift: Monday to Friday – 8 am to 5 pm on site
Pay Rate: $22 – $26 per hour (based on experience)  

Job Summary: 
•    Coordinates activities involved in the planning and implementation of trade shows and events

Responsibilities: 
•    Helps write and coordinate production of trade show literature/handouts
•    Assist in management of hotel room blocks, show registration and customer invite lists
•    Run reports on event attendance and communicate results to relevant parties
•    Coordination with other Safran sites, US and France, suppliers, hotels and contractors on participation and events
•    Processing orders for catering, audio-visual and promotional items
•    Completes necessary documentation including contracts, payments, and correspondence; and makes sure deadlines are met
•    Coordinates packing, transportation and delivery of display booth and materials
•    Coordinate the schedule for booth personnel
•    Works with contractors and trade show management to resolve problems
•    Managing end to end event logistics such as badge registration, attendee tracking, and access management for limited passes
•    Oversee guest invitations, registration workflows, and online event platforms, including sharing login access, maintaining user-friendly systems, and generating and distributing weekly reports
•    Manage Excel-based attendee lists, sending invitations, tracking responses, and ensuring badge completion
•    Support booth and event catering logistics, including coordination for customer events
•    Coordinate hotel accommodations for attendees and provide ongoing administrative and logistical support to ensure successful execution of all trade show and event activities

Qualifications:
•    Communication, tradeshow, event management experience a plus but not required
•    Intermediate Level – Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS; Sharepoint
•    Interpersonal skills adapted to the unique requirements of the organization
