Can-Tech Services is currently looking for Candidates for a full time position located in the Welland Area to work as a Welder/Fitter on Nights Shift. 

Shift Time:  

Nights : Monday – Thursday – 5:30pm – 5:15am (44 – Hours per week) 

Pay rate: $25-29/hr.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Select and set up welding equipment, execute the planned welds, and examine the welds to ensure that they meet specifications for quality control purposes
•    Completes parts according to work order and blueprint specifications
•    Uses appropriate fixtures where required
•    Good understanding of setting up techniques
•    Checks of safety guards or other safety equipment on all machinery/equipment handled
•    Ensuring work is kept clean and free from hazards
•    Other duties as assigned
