Can-Tech Services is currently looking for Candidates for a Full-Time position located in the North York Area (Keele and Steeles) to work as a MIG Welder on Afternoon Shift.

Shift Time:

Afternoon shift – Monday to Thursday – 4:30 pm to 1:45 am, and Friday – 3:00 pm to 11 pm.

Pay Rate:  $22.00 per/hr. ($21.25 plus $0.75 shift premium)

Duties & Responsibilities as MIG Welder

• Ensures equipment is in safe and proper working condition prior to use.
• Receives steel case assembly from previous operation.
• Using appropriate jigs/fixtures, operates manual MIG-welding equipment to fuse metal case parts together according to blueprint specification
• Use of various measuring tools. 
• Ensures the work area is clean and free of hazards.
• Other duties as assigned by Lead Hand and/or Supervisor.
