Description:Junior Production Planner

Location: Twinsburg, OH     
Term: Contract assignment – 9 months (extendable)
Shift: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $25 per hour (based on experience)  

Knowledge/Skills:
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•    Knowledge of production and operations processes
•    Ability to use metrics to track and manage production efficiency and material flow
•    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
•    Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
•    Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma is a plus
•    Eagerness to learn new processes and tools for efficient planning

Preferred Skills:
•    Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
•    Basic knowledge of Bill of Materials (BoM) management and production routing processes
•    Familiarity with inventory management techniques such as cycle counting, ABC analysis, and demand forecasting
•    Experience with non-conforming material handling, including documentation, scrap processing, and repair order management
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•    Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, production teams, and logistics

Physical Demands
•    May require long periods of sitting.
•    May require lifting ? 20 lbs.
•    May require prolonged repetitive use of upper extremities.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
•    0-2 years of experience in a supply chain or planning role, with a foundational understanding of production and operations
