Description:Trim Saw Operator 

Location: Marysville, WA  
Term: Contract position – 9 months (extendable)
Shift:     Weekend AM Shift
6:00am to 6:30pm Thursday to Sunday and Friday to Sunday (alternates each week)
*Training schedule 6 am – 2:30 pm Monday – Friday for approximately 30 days   
Pay Rate: $20 per hour plus $1.25 per hour shift differential once fully trained (based on experience)  

Responsibilities: 
•    Completion of production paperwork
•    Use of hand tools (ratchet, wrench, razor knife, measuring tape and electric drill)
•    Operation of resin coaters and cure ovens
•    Forklift and hoist operation (training provided)
•    Respirators necessary in certain conditions (respirator fit testing provided)
•    Basic housekeeping duties and basic machine maintenance
•    Active participation in operational improvement activities
•    Willing to cross train or transfer to other departments as needed
•    Other task as needed and flexibility is key
•    Overtime required as needed

Qualifications:
•    Have a sincere desire to work and be able to work independently or with a team to complete tasks in a timely manner
•    2+ years relevant, steady work history is preferred, manufacturing a plus
•    Good basic math skills
•    Able to speak, read, and write English proficiently
•    Legible handwriting/printing
•    Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities

NOTE – Requires a criminal background check and drug screen to be completed and passed for all positions
