Description:C4 Operator 

Location: Marysville, WA    
Term: Contract assignment – 9 months (extendable) 
Shift: Monday to Friday – 12 pm to 8:30 pm (Second shift) plus overtime 
Pay Rate: $20 per hour plus $1.25 per hour shift premium (based on experience) 

Job Summary: 
The job is responsible for manufacturing core sheets in the C4 process and supporting the Panels Department

Responsibilities: 
•    Shearing and stretching of hobes
•    Loading sheets into the machine
•    Monitor the production process
•    Other duties as assigned and flexibility is key
•    The duties of this job are physically demanding
•    Forklift and overhead crane operation (training provided)
•    Basic housekeeping duties and basic machine maintenance
•    Active participation in operational improvement activities
•    Willing to cross train or transfer to other departments as needed
•    Willing to work overtime as needed – this will include weekends

Qualifications:
•    2+ years relevant, steady work history preferred
•    Prior manufacturing experience preferred
•    Ability to read, write and communicate in English is required
•    Have legible handwriting/printing and good basic math skills
•    Highly motivated and be able to work independently or as a team member to complete tasks in a timely manner
•    Able to push/pull/lift 80+ pounds (two person lift is available)
•    Wear full-face respirator for certain tasks/duties
