Description:

Can-Tech Services is looking for a Maintenance Lead Hand for itsmanufacturing client in the Woodbridge area. The shift is 3 shift rotation changing every 2 weeks.

• Starting pay rate $43 / hour, after 6 months raise to $45 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Hands on leadership role while providing direction and support to maintenance staff
• Ensuring everyone is following health and safety guidelines
• Communicate with all departments on equipment breakdowns and prioritize tasks
• Participate in preventative maintenance tasks, major and minor repairs, and new equipment installations

Qualifications:

• Certified Industrial Millwright (433A) and / or Certified Industrial Electrician (442A)
• Superior communication skills with a proven track record in leading a team.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and problem solving
• Good organizational skills
